Swings & Roundabouts Social Media Competition – Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter
This competition is run by Swings & Roundabouts.

2. Competition Period
The competition opens on 12 June and closes at 11:59pm AWST on 10 July. Entries received after this time will not be accepted.

3. Eligibility
Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over. 

4. How to Enter
To enter the competition, participants must:

  • Tag three (3) mates in the comments of the competition post (each comment counts as one entry)
  • Bonus Entry Share the post to their Instagram Story and tag @swingsyallingup
  • Follow both @swingsyallingup and @swingsmargaretriver
  • Visit the Swings & Roundabouts website for full details and bonus entry 
  • Multiple comments are allowed and will be counted as separate entries.

5. Prize Details
The prize includes:

  • Red Hot Swings Inclusive of Cabernet by Candlelight experience (4 x tickets) – $380 total value
  • Backyard Experience (4 x tickets) – $360 total value
  • 2-night accommodation stay for up to 4 people – $1,200 total value
  • Antipasto and wine on arrival – $100 total value

Total prize value: $2,040 AUD

6. Travel & Additional Costs
Travel to and from the Margaret River region is not included. The winner is responsible for all transport, travel costs, and any additional expenses incurred during their stay. The winner is also responsible for their own transport while in the region.

7. Winner Selection & Notification
The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries (via the Comment Picker app). The winner will be notified via Instagram direct message and announced via Instagram Stories. If the winner does not respond within 7 days, a new winner may be selected.

8. Prize Conditions

  • The prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash
  • Booking dates are firm for the event date and cannot be changed. 
  • Swings & Roundabouts reserves the right to substitute any component of the prize with another of equal or greater value if required

9. Verification
Swings & Roundabouts reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or does not comply with these terms.

10. Social Platform Disclaimer
This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Meta.

11. Privacy
Any personal information collected will be used solely for the purpose of administering this competition and in accordance with applicable privacy laws.

12. General
Swings & Roundabouts reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the competition if circumstances arise outside of its control.
