Our Traditional Method Sparkling Wine, made with Chardonnay (51%) and Pinot Noir (49%). 

3 years on lees, each bottle rested for 3 years with its yeast lees, creating aromas of bread, toast, sourdough, brioche, biscuits, to give a great fine and smooth finish to the wine.
